Paul came around and noticed that our window sill was causing the problem. He recommended Barry the window man who fitted new windows. We noticed a difference straightaway. No other builders we got quotes off had noticed this problem and I think if we had gone with someone else we would have been back to square 1 in a few years. Paul and his team then came in and completed all the work throughout our house, lintel and wall straps fitted, insulated bay, pointing, plastering, guttering and even added a back gate. We are very happy with the work and will definitely use again and have already recommended them.

We had a wall knocked out , flooring levelled and a chimney breast removed, we were fortunate not to have to live on site but they still tidied up every night and left it safe enough for our kids to pop home for a spontaneous sneaky peak. Nothing was too much and even as costs rose they helped to look for cheaper alternatives so we could still meet our design spec . They were on site every morning by 0830 and were only held up by delivery dates and the drying time of the floors and walls which were out of their control . They were even able to put us in touch with everyone we needed to do get the wow finish we wanted. We were that impressed we are back in the queue for more work !
